I guess I am a bit lazy when it comes to the paperwork but am looking for a pilot
operating handbook which has been converted to miles, pounds, Fahrenheit, inches,
etc. for my 701 with 912-S . I spent some time looking at the ZAC sample
on their builder page and it would probably take me as long to convert everything
as it did to build my plane ( 1,200 hours ). What did others do to comply
with the POH required to be on board?

Lowell,
Hi! now please do not take offense of what I'm about to say. If you can build
a flying machine why not teach yourself the metric system? It is not that difficult.
I have been out of school for to many years that I would like to admit
and I was in the same boat that you're in now, I went to the library and signed
out a 64 page booklet titled "Learning the Metric System in about 3 hours
I was quite knowledgeable. But having said all this if you need help what is it
exactly do you want to know I can help, Cheers

I sent Lowell a simple program that will convert between almost any
standard units. Anyone interested in having such a tool can respond
directly to me and I will e-mail it to them. It takes up only half a meg
so will fit on a 3-1/2 floppy.
