Larry,
Your panel looks great! It is much better than my P-touch labeler attempt.
One comment: Those look like fuse boxes on either side just below the panel.
For a pilot my size (larger than most!) that is right where my knees hit. Make
sure they are protected from unintended jostling.
Keep up the good work!

NACA air inlet scoop is 2" OD, eyeball vent is 1-1/2". Any leads for
a reducer other than the aviation department at Home Depot?

Eyeball vent OD is 1-3/4" Do you just tighten the hell out of the
clamp on 2" vent tubing?

Hi, Bill.
The best solution I've found is to stick an AveoAir ball vent directly in the NACA
duct outlet. The 1.75" OD (also available in 1.5 and 2.0) nests quite nicely,
and only needs a bead of RTV or a layer of gaffer's tape to be snug and
airtight.
Or, you can get the vent with the 2.0" sleeve, and some SCAT, and be done with
it!

Bill,
If you unwind some of the wire from inside the scat tube away from the
outer hose, then cut it off, you can then tighten the outer sheath
without the wire getting in the way. This worked well on all my
fittings and the sheath is less likely to tear and is easier to get on
and off.

Bill,
No need for duct at all.? Just fab a few pieces and fasten the eyeball directly
to the NACA outlet.? I think I used .062" for the face bracket and .025" for
the transition piece.
