    Hi Bill, I did use 21 to 23 psi, but found that when it cools, the tire pressure drops a little below that and the plane is hard to roll. Now the tires are 26 psi and the roll is very easy. When doing your taxi testing, easy rolling is better for feeling what the plane is doing.     I used the skysports capacitive fuel probe in my 3 gal header tank on my 701. I have it set that if I use about 1/2 gal of the 3 gal, it gives me the Lowfuel alarm which I have connected to a flashing red LED in my panel. one other neat feature is that if your battery voltage goes low, the capacitance changes and it also sets off the warning light. The float system provided with my 601XL with extended range tanks is designed to mounted on top of the tank (not the one shown in the building guides). Regardless, it seems that a float system for a long tilted tank mounted near the wing root will not register any change from full until a significant amount of fuel has been used. The Skysport system can have a long capacitive measuring tube that extends from the low end near the root to the high end towards the tip. Seems like it would be much more accurate. Anyone try it?
