I suspect our perspectives differ too greatly for an exchange of ideas to have
much of a positive result. As you appear to feel strongly about your position,
in the spirit of freedom of speech, I respectfully suggest you communicate it
to the AOPA.

Personally, I thought that Mr. Belcher's letter was well-written, helpful,
low-key, and exhibited good common sense.

Hi Guys,
I have changed my Zenith canopy for a Todd's version and have noticed the
gas struts are a little weak due to the Todd's increased weight.
Has anybody else noticed? If so did you change the gas struts?
Cheers

go online and order heavier gas struts anyway, they "gas out" after a while.
get the next sixze up. in florida, its windy and hot . i like to keep the canopy
up while idling and getting my flight plane cleared while the canopy is open.
