I don't know if this will help anyone, but I can sell the parts for $125.00 plus shipping. Thanks, email tjlhl@sbcglobal.net, or call Tom at 816-699-5221. ________________________________ Message 3 _____________________________________ Time: 05:12:13 PM PST US From: "George Race" Subject: RE: Zenith-List: Computer question Hi Bill: I do a lot of digital conversion of various formats. Film, VHS, BETA, Audio Tape and Cassette, Records, etc. I have found one program that does all the visual media really well, for the most part, making the storage of digital info on DVD or CD really easy. I use Pinnacle Instant DVD Recorder and Pinnacle Studio 12. You can find a lot of information on their web site. www.pinnaclesys.com/.../Instant+DVD+Recorder.htm George From: owner-zenith-list-server@matronics.com [mailto:owner-zenith-list-server@matronics.com] On Behalf Of Bill Naumuk Sent: Friday, February 05, 2010 5:27 PM Subject: Zenith-List: Computer question All- I have some vintage 8mm movie aviation footage that has been digitized but still needs more work. If you don't want to spend any money you might try this link. I've used DVD decryptor to do it, but it is no longer available for obvious reasons. http://askville.amazon.com/Rip-DVD-hard-drive-watch-computer/AnswerViewer.do?requestId=4578848 Jerry 601HDS N316JL about ready to take to the airport ________________________________ Message 5 _____________________________________ Time: 05:43:13 PM PST US From: "Bill Naumuk" Subject: Re: Zenith-List: Computer question George- I have hardware/existing software problems, because I can't get my DVD drive to recognize the disc. We seem to be on the same train of thought. Thanks. I'm trying to edit 10 minutes of good stuff from 4 hours of home movies from the mid '50s through the early '60s.
