CJ, I can't really tell you how or what is on your plane. Nobody will beca
use each are built so different, even when we follow the plans. I can say
that I had the same thing and was very concerned until I connected the co
ntrols up to the elevators and ailerons. Each hit the external stops prior
to the bearing knuckle hitting the inside of the console box. Check it ou
t and best regards, Bill of Georgia

      ey guys and gals
I have a question about the dual sticks in a 601. I am installing the
enter console and with the console in place, when the sticks are moved
o the right the elevator horn on the torque tube hits the inside of
he console. I am assuming that when the cables and stops are installed
he stick travel will be restricted and this will no longer happen. Can
omeone who has been there reassure me on my thinking or advise me on
hat I need to change? On a completed, upgraded, 601 how much left to
ight travel is there, in the sticks, with the elevator at neutral?
      Thanks

he stop added behind the seats as a part of the modification kit limits th

       way
of the horn. I can provide you photos of what I did, if that will help.
