      Phil,
      
      Russ Graves did retiree about a year ago! 
      
      It is rumored that the FAA won't approve another DAR for the Southern Idaho
      area. 
      
      Guess what? The personnel from the FAA Boise office just signed off a Kit
      Fox in Caldwell, so you shouldn't have any problems except maybe distance.
      
      I think that they have set a president!
      
      If all fails, there is a gentleman from SLC that just signed off an XL in
      Mountain Home - he was fair on his fee, travel and lodging. I think it was
      $600.00+/-.
      
      There is a gentlemen in Coeur D' Alene that I understand does it for
      expenses.
      
      I'll get you their names and phone numbers if you wish.
