      Hey Zentih Guys,
      =C2-
Quick question- I have got bothRay Allen =C2-aileron and elevator trim on
my CH601XLB, which work off a Ray Allen G205 hand grip, before the mods the
system worked fine ,however, now that I'm back to test flying and de-bugging
I have a problem with my elevator servo. =C2-The elevator indicator won't
come on line and =C2-indicate, my trims work well, however, I must have m
ade a bad connection somewhere and I just can't seem to find where it is.
=C2-I have sent the indicator back to Ray Allen's and it came back saying
that the indicator was fine and I am now completely lost and wonder if anybo
dy else has any experience with his sort of mishap.
      =C2-
I fully admit that I'm not that comfortable with all things electric andothe
r than continuity tests and checking for voltage I really don't have the ele
ctrical savvy to determine what is wrong. =C2-Thanks for your time and con
      siderstion.
      =C2-

      Jeff--
Even though Ray Allen indicated all is well =2Cyou might try pushing on t
he faceplate of the indicator. I've had two units become intermittent=2C w
ith this symptom=2C after about a year of use. I found out that they had a
bad set of boards years ago. I assume that since you wired it correctly onc
e=2C you probably did it correctly the second time.

      Good luck

Based on my notes on the RAC position sender and display (the LED
version, not the "pointer" version) this is what you can measure with a
volt meter: with the sender connected the display moving the sender from
one extreme to another you should see the voltage on the green wire vary
      from 0.21 to 1.25 volts.

      Hi Jeff,

I'm afraid it is just a case of verifying continuity on the wires from
the servo to the indicator. If you have developed a short you can find
it by buzzing from each of the leads to ground and battery voltage.

If all else fails you can run fresh wiring from the indicator to the
servo and wherever else it goes.

      Good luck,
