Just leave it clecoed until after you are eady to fit the rudder to the fuselage. t is recommended in the plans not to attach the upper bearings for the udder until you are ready to fit the rudder. I would agree 100% with that. he trick is though those upper bearing are under the bottom edge of the ose skin and very difficult to get to and align properly for the rudder nstall. If you can take off the nose skin it makes things much easier. ended up de-riveting my nose skin so I could remove it and try the install s I am describing.
