Hey Guys!
MIT is treating me well!
Last year, I produced this video:
http://alum.mit.edu/pages/sliceofmit/2011/08/23/video-features-airplane-building-mit-student/
This year, I have raised my overall average to 98%--my Physics average is 100%.
To give an idea of what 100% means, the average on my most recent exam was
66, the standard deviation was 17.
MIT is really cool, we actually have Nobel Laureates in Physics as our TAs! (Not
just as our professors.)
I am heading to Europe at the end of May to work at CERN, meet with the Czech manufacturer
of the TJ100 engine that should power my next project--N5887Q, and
for a week long meeting with 31 Nobel Laureates.
A team I am a part of here at MIT has designed an iPhone application for that Nobel
Laureate gathering in Germany. Since all our Beta testers are teenagers,
I was looking for some adults to give the application a test drive and give
me some feedback before we introduce the application to the Laureates in July.
Here is the link: http://ISawYouMIT.com
If you are over 30 (the older the better!), please, please download the application,
give it a try with some of your friends and send me your feedback at: Fermilab@MIT.edu
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Your little buddy,
Sabrina, age 18

Hi Sabrina,
It sounds like you are doing really well. Perhaps you should find a
tougher school that can really challenge you.
I'd help you out with the iPhone app, but I don't have one of those
things. I'm afraid there are not a lot of people over 30 who do . I've
been seeing people argue over the relative merits of Apples vs. PCs
since before you were born. The fight continues, but now it is iPhones
vs Android.
Hang in there,
Paul

Just wondering if Nobel Laureates only carry iphones or if there's a
droid app out there too? :)

iPads, from what I can tell, but you have a good point.
We are working on the Android version. When it becomes available, the link will

Thanks. I don't use those things but I have a friend, who is over 50,
who is an IT guy and does. I'll nag him to send some feedback, one way
or another.
