The zenith.aero site is not the zenith company site. It is their social
networking site and has no phone number.

I can get the site to come up, but when trying to look a a photo or
video it causes my microsoft internet explorer to crash.

Two things come to mind: I just read that a huge number of people still use
old versions of MS IE, so the fix for this case is to upgrade to the latest.
My preferred approach is to use Firefox, and I have also Google Chrome in
case I get to a site that misbehaves with Firefox - rare, but t happens.
Of course, if you have a problem with security settings, then it's a
different ball game...

I had the same problem getting the site up. I finally determined that it wa
s my McAfee firewall that was blocking it. I set it to allow pop ups from t
he site and it works now.
