That's the kind of careful testing I'd expect from someone with your
attention to detail. If you haven't done so already, you can download AC
90-89a Amateur Built Aircraft and Ultralight Flight Testing Handbook for
free. Someone at the FAA paid extra for the corny cartoons, but the info is
solid.

To answer yor question, the prop is a warp drive and is set at 8.5 degrees. This
gives a static test of 2850 RPM. The engine ran for a full two minutes at
full static RPM.

And the breaks held ok at full throttle? I have heard many reports that is not
always the case.
