Here in my country I couldn't find, please, if someone can, help me.

This looks like a centrifugal clutch and I'd doubt the parts could be found
anymore unless from someone's spare engine.
NSI isn't making parts anymore. You might want to look into another kind of
redrive.

This looks like an overrunning clutch. It allows the propeller to be driven
by the engine but, if the prop tries to go faster than the engine, it
"freewheels" and leaves the engine behind, so to speak. See the following

I would recommend you contact manufacturers of overrunning clutches,
sending your pictures and measurements, and see if they can point you to a
specific model number. I would seriously doubt that NSI manufactured this
part from scratch; there are too many existing standard parts that do the
job and machining the little sprags and hardening them properly themselves
would be uneconomical. Why not send all the information you can find to
these folks:

One more thing --
I suspect the part you showed us fits into a pair of races -- sort of like
a ball bearing; an inner and outer ring. And I suspect these rings are made
by the manufacturer also, not by NSI. It would help in identifying the part
if you sent a picture and dimensions of these rings too.
