I've seen ones that were bent on a brake, not formed like the one in your
picture. Not as pretty or compact but they worked.

I've not seen metal ones but fiberglass isn't too hard to do if you go from
a clay shape, to a mold, to a layup.

I got a fiberglass fairing from Zenith. It took a bit of filling and
sanding, but I think it looks pretty good installed.

I made my own from a piece of scrap ally. It has very simple bends. Make a
template from cardboard and cut it out from Ally.
