Have a look at www.navstrobelighting.com or put nav strobe lighting into Google.
These are replacement bulbs for conventional nav lights (red port, green
starboard, white tail) which replace the incandescent bulbs with a white LED
cluster which can be run as a strobe or, flicking the switch twice, as a
constant light. They have a low power requirement. If you have red, green and
clear glass nav lights, you get red, green and white strobes - or constant nav
lights. They are about $30 each, and last a long time, I understand.
