      Dear Mr. Lepre,
      
      My concern was never with the delay only with unreturned phone calls and
      emails.  I am very sorry you have not been well.  Your personal health
      is certainly more important than my side panels.  However, if you
      weren't able, someone should have been monitoring your email or voice
      mail to reply. 
      
      As you well know us builders have a lot of money tied up in these
      projects and they are labors of love with a ton of hard work.  I am not
      going to say anything further on this other than to ask, will you please
      let me know when I might expect to get the side panels back.  I am
      working on installing my interior and I need to plan around this.  I had
      given up on you and was going a different route but since you have
      replied I would like to wait  for your superior solution.
