Hey, Carlos The microfasteners screws are stainless, so why not just cut them to size (the cut end will not corrode): http://grathio.com/2013/06/quick-tip-cutting-bolts-to-length/ I've cut many steel bolts with cheap Harbor Freight cutting disks similar to the one illustrated.
