BillHowerton was a valid Matronics user back in 2006 but has not been active since
then.
Evidently someone cracked his password for Matronics and is posting spam.
The file, that the spammer provided a link to, is a vbs file which is an ideal
format for hiding viruses or other malware.
Do not download it.
