Tried looking thru the archives (maybe I'm doing something wrong here... ) looking for input from you more experienced chaps regarding SUBSTITUTING push/pull rods instead of stainless cables for the ailerons. Have heard mention of same in earlier posts discussing this but would really like to hear your thoughts and opinions. For example, would they provide more effective control than cables (thinking about any stretching of the cables.) Thank you. I have found a wonderful air vent that others might want to try. It is from Vans. I got two for $18. I put one on the passenger side of the 601. It sticks out into the slipstream and blows a blast of air across to the pilot - even on the ground. I highly recommend it.
