      Like Jay said, templates are the way here.  A few pictures attached show my template
      from cardboard.  Start a little smaller than you think you need for the
      initial cut and then fit it to the prop.  Make sure to mask the prop from scratches.
      Don't trim too close since the fiberglass will deflect in operation. 
      Jabiru recommended at least a 1/8" gap in their literature.  I did not think of
      a filler behind the prop as Jay did.
