Doug,
I used one of the alternator wires through a 1 amp fuse also, Works great! I have
a split master switch and found that both of the masters must be on! I suggested
to the Dynon folks that they put this info in their troubleshooting tables,
bu sounds like maybe they didn't. Bottom line is if the alternator is not
producing power to the battery you will not get a tach indication.
