I don't have an O-200, but I bought the dual throttle kit from Jabiru which might
give you some idea as to how to go about it.
Search the Zenith site under Dual throttles and see what pops up. Jay Maynard
has a factory built XL - no dual throttles but it does use the O-200. Perhaps
he will chime in with some info.

Actually, my Zodiac does have dual throttles. They're standard from AMD, but
most folks delete the left one.
They got there by using two complete throttle cable assemblies, both tied to
a short arm that's attaached to the throttle lever on the carb.

Came across two F964-6 fuel system 1/4" tees.Can anyone tell me where
