Well I know I smacked my head on the canopy pretty good during a particularly nasty
hit of turbulence earlier this year. My seat belt shoulder harness was on
and secure at the beginning of the flight, but had loosened up as I sank into
the memory foam seat. I now re-check my shoulder harness periodically during
flight and re-adjust.

Since they chose to include the comment "Prior to taking off, the pilot declared
that he was intending to perform some mild aerial manoeuvres " I'm wondering
if they are hinting at the possibility that he might have been intentionally
inverted and an unsecured item fell down and hit the canopy?
