    my A&P used a mold made from aluminum. he pluged the end of the mold with clay.after it cooled , he used a file to make it fit in the tube. He then drilled through the holes in the tubing and added the weights.. I only gained 21lbs with the upgrade. the weight a balance was in the center of gravity. I made two flights tuesday and am happy with the results. before ,in a turn, i could see the outer panel of the wing flexing a little bit, but not now. very solid..I feel much more confident in the airplane now. After 60 years of flying, you need to feel confident,and now I do. paul baker 601 "T" model.. ha ha
