with full flaps the trim will max out, and you will have to pull stick back to
full Flp landing speed.  All 601xl are that way (if built to specs) even the factory
one.  Its the design. not a bad idea either given that if you are at close
to stall all you have to do is let the stick go to release from the pitch.
