A quick way to test would require clean surface, duct tape, and thin plastic (mylar).
Attach and go flying for a quick test of the numbers. Use the good duct
tape...
I think the wheel pants, wing fairings and changing the rear turtle deck would
have the most impact on speed after getting the wing/stabilizer incidence and
prop set right.
