I used the Cessna 172M position initially. I got lots of airspeed errors. These
were corrected by moving the static ports to a location on the fuselage forward
of the horizontal tail. I used ports on both sides to account for slips.
The results are good.

Tim, I installed two static ports on either side of the fuselage just below the
aft portion of the canopy about in line with the 601XL step. From there it was
easy to route both lines to the Dynon ADAHRS and forward up the center console.
I have not flown yet so don't know what results this will yield.
