Hi Chris,
I know this is not what you were wanting, because I ran them outside the fuselage,
but I wanted you to see my photos of the installation.
I store all my construction photos at this site:
http://cid-2c08001814b26710.photos.live.com/browse.aspx/Ron%5E4s%20601XL
The brake line installation photos are numbers 278 thru 287.
Hope this helps.
I'm not flying yet, so I can't give you an "operational report". I'm still working
on the mandatory updates. The fuselage is done, and I now have the first wing
torn apart.

Try this, bend a couple of standard 90 degree L-angles about 4' long. Stretch one
and shrink the other into circles. This will give you practice and teach you
control. Go slow and keep the steps equal.
Another thing is read books about metal shaping. Ron Fournier wrote a couple of
books and has more tools for sale. I used to work with him years ago and can
recommend him as a man of integrity.

You might want to take a look at my kit log site, making an aluminum nose bowl
right now.
