Subject: | Canopy fastening |
This is an option that I also am considering.
There are several RV builder logs out there showing how it's done.
If I recall well, the builder must protect the glue against sun light, as
it weakens the glue (this may be outdated info: it's been a while since I
looked into it).
One of the drawbacks I see is that if the canopy needs replacement, then
all parts glued to it go to the trash as well, as opposed to a canopy
attached with screws.
