In my opinion, those are way overkill for an airplane. Just the cam-lock buckle itself will weigh more than the typical 'car' type system that Zenith puts in the 601 kit. The cam lock is also made for a 'anti-submarine' or crotch belt. I would stick with the same kind of belts that are used in commercial airliners or cars.
