I'm ready to rivet the rest of my fuse and baggage floor. Will it be too much trouble to run the control cables after I do that? Thanks, Steve Steve Look Monticello, IL www.ilrt66.com "Dogs have owners, Cats have staff"

Hi Steve, Not a problem, you'll have access to run the cables thru the hatch on the bottom of the fuselage. Hi Steve, I don't think you need to worry about running control cables after you finish assembly of your Zodiac. The only tricky part is getting the aileron cables into the wings. This can be done easily by tying some string to the aileron belcrank before finishing the wing and running it to the inside edge of the wing. Then you can just pull the string with the cable attached later. If that isn't possible you can push the cable or a string from the open end of the wing by taping it to the end of a long wood stick. Innstalling the cables =C2-Aileron cables can be installed anytime, and the tail cables should b e installed before installing top of fuse. The tensioning of the cables should be done asap. No problem to install the cables after the fuselage is finished as long as you fit through the fuse bottom opening [Wink] -------- Pavel CA Zodiac 601XL Stratus Subaru EA-81 Tail, flaps, ailerons, wings, fuselage, canopy done ... "do not archive" Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=424067#424067

Steve, Sure, you can always run cables later. But why not do it the easy way, whe n access is easy. I ran all my cables as soon as possible and avoided the access hassles later.
