Hi Everyone, I can use some advice from fellow Jab 3300 builders. Here are a few questions and please let me know if you have any thoughts you would like to share. 1) At what angle to the airplanes center line should the engine be hanging down? Have you noticed any droop over time from compressed engine mounts? What are the spacers in the motor mount kit used for and how are they used? Have any of you had to adjust the motor at the time you installed the engine for the right angle? I hung my engine yesterday and it looks like most of the pictures I have seen but I want to make sure before I go any farther. 2) The throttle cable looks to be about twice as long as what is needed. I was told to make a loop in it! What did you do? 3) Those white plastic blocks that are used for the throttle rod ends are pretty cool, but they are heavier than I want. They also seem to be larger than needed. Have any of you cut the size of those blocks down a bit? How do you like the way the friction feels with the Jab throttle setup for dual throttles? Thanks in advance and I will see you in Oshkosh and at the banquet very soon! Joe in Oshkosh
