I think the photo "ins_0289.jpg" has the best view showing the installation of the stabilator and rudder cables and the trim tab cable. You might want to look around that folder for other pictures as well. There are quite a few showing these cables. These cables are installed after the fuselage is built, so it may be a bit early for you to get too concerned about the routing.
