      Brandon, the CH-640 offers a lot of capability, but asks for a serious commitment
      of your time. True of any home built aircraft. We have all weathered the recent
      economic tumult, some have made it, others have struggled. Be clear that
      your commitment will cost you money and time.
      If you can budget the expenses and workload on paper then proceed! Don't waste
      money if you can't budget the project all the way to completion. Money has been
      my major constraint, not technical skill.
