      Has anyone had any experience with this transceiver.  At $650.00 the 
      price is sure right but I would like to see more information such as an 
      installation manual.

      This was posted on the Stratomaster users group on Yahoo back on July 18th:

      just FYI, all of them have a side tone problem where it may be hard to hear
      yourself at all and even though the manual says, it may be necessary to set
      the sidetone after installation, to actually set it, you have to open the
      radio up which states it will void the warranty.
      
      Per the company this issue has been brought up to the VP level and there are
      no current fixes. I have 4 of these darn radios installed and every one has
      the problem and I am stuck delaying delivery of 4 aircraft."
