I don't know if you got a reminder from a moderator, but those pics are good info.
It is defiantly not SPAM, as it applied to the topic at hand, was asked for
and helpful. Maybe if the web space cost here is prohibitive and I believe it
is. We should try to put pics of relative items on a single stable free website,
with references to the relative thread here and links to there.
The pics helped me a bunch.

Thanks for the link John, I have been to Bobs, but I didn't run into anything about
riveted tanks. Guess I'll have to sit and read, there is a lot of info there
to sort through.
Thanks

Subject: | Re: CH701 nose wheel bearing |
In order to get full bearing contact I'm considering lathe turning two bushings
, these would require opening the 2" up to 2 1/4" on 7.F.8.4 ,7.F.8.5 and 7.F.7.4
. I would leave a flange on these bushings to allow bolting or riveting
in place . They would also need a saw cut to allow them to fit over the nose gear
strut assy. 7.L.1.1. My concern with the method in the photo is after the
nylon wears a little , we will be back to metal on metal. What are your thoughts
on this method ? Thanks Gus

I have some TurboCAD drawings of various form blocks and other parts I used
for my scratch built CH701. If anyone is interested, send me an email and I
