      Listers,
      
      I sold N8701 today.  I am building another 701 and decided to sell either one.
      I put N8701 on Barnstormers last Thursday and had four definite offers and 14
      inquiries.  Today, the first person who put up earnest money came down and bought
      the plane and flew it back home.
      
      That has been a fun project and I wanted to share the progress of our build with
      those of you who I've gotten to "know" over the last 4 years.
      
      I will continue to build again and contribute my small info to the list.  
      
      Thanks to Matt for making this list available for those of us who read the list
      everyday.  I do contribute to the list each year.
