Might be able to save a pound or two if ONLY I knew how much I was starting with THANKS John ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 06:31:13 PM PST US Subject: Zenith701801-List: Older Doors From: "Tommy Walker" I have a circa 2001 kit that I'm building. It has the older flat side doors with metal sides and upper window. I've seen a few doors like this that were "bubbled." I was wondering if anyone had any plans or ideas about how to form a bubble door out of the older style? I think Skyshop used to supply a door like this, but I understand they don't sell to zenith builders any longer. Any comments/ideas appreciated. I was going to paint the bottom half of my bubble doors so they would look more like the other airplanes out there. I am so glad I didn't. Half the time, I am looking down through the bottom of the doors. Such great visibility. Can see so much more! Expensive, but well worth it. Fred Sanford N9701 Santa Barbara Ca.
