Hey guys, I have recently gotten a Silver Instruments Fueltron IIIG fuel flow instrument (really cheap). Unfortunately it didn't come with a manual or wiring harness. Does anyone on this list happen to have the pin out or installation information for this critter? Supposedly they were commonly installed in Bonanzas etc back in the late 70's and early 80's. Thanks for any help I can get. Doug MacDonald NW Ontario, Canada CH-701 Final Assembly Do Not Archive

Can anyone on the list recommend a supplier for a cabin and windshield cover for the CH701. I would prefer something fairly lightweight for the occasional overnight outside in the rain. My airplane normally lives in the hanger. Walt Cannon Seattle, WA

Subject: CH701 Cabin and Windshield cover
Bruce's Custom Covers now has covers designed specifically for the 701. They have two models: the "Over-the-Top Canopy Cover" and the "Travel Weight Canopy Cover": "The Zenith 701 Over-the-Top Canopy Cover covers the entire canopy area, including the windshield, side windows and skylight. This cover is custom made to fit around any antennae. To keep the sides of the cover from sagging, special tightening straps are sewn onto the upper hem on each side. To insure the most secure fit, high quality bungee cord is enclosed in the hem of the cover. This cord is also adjustable for tightness. Each canopy cover is custom sewn and trimmed in the colors of the airplane. A duffle bag is also provided. For an extra charge the airplane's registration number can be imprinted onto both sides of the cover. Each canopy cover is made of nylon Silver Laminate. Bruce's Custom Covers developed Silver Laminate especially for aircraft protection. The outer material is a medium weight nylon treated for ultraviolet resistance and anti-static buildup. The inner lining is brushed nylon tricot knit. Silver Laminate is extremely reflective. Tests show that the cabin interior temperature can be reduced by as much as 25 degrees F. It is water, ice and snow repellent, yet it is breathable enough to allow moisture to escape from between the cover and the windshield surface. Silver Laminate contains no hydrocarbon compounds which can harm plexiglass windshields and acrylic finishes. The "Flyaway" Travel Weight Canopy Cover is intended for use during trips away from home when space and weight are extremely limited. At less than half the weight of the standard design, this polyester/spandex material is light weight, reflective, water repellent and stretchy. "Flyaway" covers are not intended for extended use because prolonged exposure to sunlight will age the material quickly. ALSO CAN BE USED AS A DUST COVER!" -- Craig -----Original Message----- From: owner-zenith701801-list-server@matronics.com [mailto:owner-zenith701801-list-server@matronics.com] On Behalf Of Cannon, Walt Sent: Monday, April 06, 2009 1:37 PM Subject: Zenith701801-List: CH701 Cabin and Windshield cover <walt.cannon@boeing.com> Can anyone on the list recommend a supplier for a cabin and windshield cover for the CH701.
