Looks cleaner and less chance of me giving it hanger rash. I am looking for snorkle caps (pitot style caps if you will). I have searched and searched the forum. I find discussion about the caps in several places but no pointer that I can use to purchase the things. Someone said they had purchased a set from "Wag Aero". If Wag Aero has such, I cannot figure out which to purchase. None of the caps on wag aero with pictures match what I am looking for. Aircraft spruce has 1... for $98. Still, I have no idea if it is the correct size. I have my plans in front of me. The tank drawing does not dimension the cap opening. What size is the cap? I have heard that Zenith has plans for making your own. I have access to the builder site at Zenith. Can someone point me to that information? Any pointer is appreciated. You install on the tank and then bend the tube so it faces forward. Use a tube bender so that you do not kink the tube. I think they made up a set for the factory demo 701. There is a vertical angle but no horizontal ? Anyone know the angle?
