In regards to your question "How do I get through the firewall?: A
comprehensive guide how to do so is contained in JabiruUS's Install
manual for the Zenith CH701 FWF for the Jabiru 2200 engine attached
below:
I would think someone else has the firewall fitting as shown on page 2
of 3.
