No problem, use a car jack to lift each side to lift the tire 3 to 4 inches. You
will have to use blocks of wood on top of the jack to gain the height. Then
place a 2x4 about a foot long parallel to the sides, just ahead of the main gear
and clamps. Place your jack stands (tall ones), under the 2x4's for each side.
Let the jack down carefully. This area has to be more than strong enough because
of all the forces that are delivered all around this area. This is how
I replaced my entire main gear and rubber cushions.
