Hi Bob. Ive got a couple of ideas. However. This is a wing attach point. You really need to discuss the fix with Zenith. Don't despair yet. It looks like it can be worked around....Geoff -------- Dual controls. Dynon 180. Icom 210 Garmin 296. Becker transponder. Sigtronics intercom. Electric flaperons. Geoff, Thanks for the reply, Gordon also responded with a similar problem to mine. The solution was to add an 1/8 inch shim between 7V2-4 and -5. I am contacting Zenith this morning to see what they say. Subject: Radio noise
    From: Philip Smith <madriver42@gmail.com>
I know this has been discussed before but like to ask anyway. I installed an *old* RST 360 com radio in my 701 panel and when I start the "Rotax" it is very noisy. Seems to be a whine don't know whether or not this is alternator or ignition. Saw a wiring diagram for another radio which stated that you must install a 22,000uf capacitor in series on the 12v feed when used with the Rotax engine installation. Will this cure the problem? Your valued thoughts please. Phil Smith CH 701 - Flying Buhl, ID
