I have a Kennon cover for my 701. They are nice people. It fits well and have used it for the past 6 years. Still going strong. You can find them at http://kennoncovers.com/ . Paul Tipton 321PT

the builder of my plane started out with only the round tubes.was flying for some time this way then covered with home made strut covers. made from lengths of alum. for house facias. (very light) and ends filled with foam seal. teardrop shape and trailing edges just lapped together and pop riveted every 1.5 inches. he said he got about 8mph increase in speed. only problem after several hundred hours of flying is the alum is fatigue cracking around the coupling bolt heads. the metal was deforming at speed around the heads. -------- Ross Aalexander: CH701 driver 912ul 490tt Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=331790#331790
