I can't figure out how to install the Dzus fastener for my oil door. The Zenith manual skips over this step. My guess is to match drill a large hole to fit the wing nut part and then rivet the "S" shaped piece underneath on the door frame. The question then becomes how the wing-nut part is retained when the door is opened. It seems like the fastener would just fall out with an open door. Thanks, John Marzulli http://MarzulliPhoto.net/ http://701Builder.blogspot.com/

Spruce has some little spring rings that will hold them in aluminum, but some people use little o rings in the top groove ....Fred Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=336599#336599
