The worst buying experience I have ever had anywhere, and our group has 5
engines for Dec 20 2011, supposed to be shipping July 15.
It is like once you have paid you are worth nothing to him.
I hope he is good with engines, because horrific with customer service.

Sorry, that was Dec 20, 2010.
It is not the delay so much, as what appears to be a complete disdain by
Jan Eggenfellner for the customer.
No replies to emails, hanging up.on people. This is just plain bad
manners, and indicates he cares nothing about you after he has your
monery. Before that he can be sweet.
From this type of behaviour, you can imagine what after-sales cervice
might be like.
For those paying, if you pay through a credit card, you may have some
chance to reclain your funds due non-performance.
