Hans has replaced that inverted airfoil with a symmetrical section horiz
stab, and is thrilled with the results. Much better elevator authority
for slow landings, and better cruise speed. Photos and details at

his 701 with a symmetrical profile horiz stab, and is thrilled with the
results! Much better elevator authority for slow landings, and faster

Besides the spar being changed to .032 did Zenith change anything else such as
the ribs, skins, horn etc....
