CH701 For Sale

      I'm looking to sell my completed CH701.  It was flown for the first time in October
      2010.  The aircraft has 45 hours and has completed Stage I testing.
      
      Some of the equipment:
      
      Rotax 912ULS engine - 100hp
      Warp Drive 3 blade ground adjustable propeller
      Electric Elevator Trim
      Electric Flap system
      Nav/Strobe Light System
      Bubble doors
      Two 10 gallon wing fuel tanks
      Elevator Vortex Generators
      KX-155 NAV/COM
      KI-203 VOR/LOC Indicator
      KT-76A Transponder with altitude encoder
      Sigtronics Sport 200 two-place intercom
      TruTrak ADI with self-contained GPS
      "traditional fork" style main landing gear (able to convert to float use)
      
      Cruise performance:  86 mph at 75% power, 4.5 gph
      Annual Completed July 2011 by General Aviation Services in Conroe, TX
      
      The airplane is currently hangared in Conroe, TX located North of Houston.  I'm
