Help with 701 fuel tank installation

      I am building a 701.  I am at the point of installing the tanks in 
      the wings.  I have the optional long-range tanks.  I would appreciate 
      any advice on the following:
      
      1.  I can't see how the tanks can be installed after the locating 
      channels are riveted to the skeleton, because the tank flanges will 
      not clear the channels.  With 2 tanks in each wing, I also can't see 
      how to put the tanks in first, and then rivet the channels in place.  
      Any suggestions?
      
      2.  I would like to use capacitive fuel senders.  Could someon who 
      has done this describe the mounting details?  I have looked at the 
      Westach website, but I am still not clear on what exactly the 
      mounting bolts screw into.
