Subject: | Rivet Squeeze and #40 blind hole locator |
Hi all,
Is it necessary to invest in a rivet squeezer and blind hole locator or do
the DIY pliers and #40 hole finder (strap duplicator) work fine for the
whole project? I will need them soon for trailing edge solid rivets and wing
root skin.
Regards,
Perry

Perry, I picked up an economical rivet squeezer from one of the aviation to
ol supply houses(Avery I think) for a fairly reasonable price.- It may wo
rk to squeeze the soft trailing edge rivets with modified pliers but for th
e cost, the proper tool worked so easy it was well worth the price.=0A=0AI
think this is the squeezer I ended up using.=0A=0Ahttp://www.averytools.com
